XANT4

The XANT4 is a low profile array of four X-Band patch antennas designed for CubeSat missions.

The XANT4 is a low profile array of four X-Band patch antennas designed for CubeSat missions. It is compatible with the CubeSat standard in terms of height limitations for mounts on the exterior chassis.

The antenna is circularly polarised and ideal for space missions where a high data rate downlink is required.  The antenna maintains a sub 2dB axial ration over the entire X-band with versions available in both LHCP and RHCP.

The antenna RF performance is quite insensitive to the surrounding ground plane which makes its integration a simple process.
